Detail Job Profile

-Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
-Develop new business opportunities to meet trends
-Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
-Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications
-Making Presentation to promote our services.
-Report weekly sales forecasts
-Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
-Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
-Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
-Develop and manage client & agency relationships
-Evaluate accounts
-Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
-Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns
-Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations

Candidate's Profile

·         Any graduation and post-graduation.

·         Knowledge about Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

Job description:

-Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
-Fixing the company issues in repair and maintenance
-Handling the petty cash.
-Supporting in finding resources for the company
-Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
-Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed
-Monitors office operations
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
-Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
-Manages staff schedules
-Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
-Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
-Supervises all administrative personnel
-Excellent oral and written communication skills - Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
-Highly organized and flexible
-Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
-Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
-Maintains staff confidentiality
-Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
